The Keiser University men's tennis team dominated the ITA Regionals with all Seahawk championship matches on Sunday afternoon.

Fourth-seeded, Fred Oervad saved three match points and came from a set down to defeat Charly Zick, 2-6, 7-5, 6-3, claiming the singles championship.
 
In doubles, No. 1 seeded Luke Simkiss and Geronimo Barrios defeated third-seeded, Fred Oervad and Charly Zick, 8-1, claiming the ITA doubles championship.

Head Coach Daniel Finn said, "Really great effort by our boys this tournament as they only lost one match against a non Keiser player. The boys have really worked hard this year and it showed in the tournament. Proud of Luke and Gero for winning doubles and Fred winning singles. Fred had an incredible tournament, winning three, three-set matches consecutively against teammates. Today's singles championship was a great one and both Fred and Charly deserve credit for how they competed and played through everything. Now it's time to rest up and get ready for nationals.

Oervad along with Simkiss and Barrios will compete at the ITA Cup in Rome, Georgia, from Oct. 15-18.
