Coach's Corner
Sun Conference Coach of the Year,
Daniel Finn said, "Wow! I cannot say enough about this boys' team and how far they have come this season. We have battled adversity all year long and this tournament was no different. From players having to play sick, to a player getting injured and not playing at all this tournament to players suffering mid-match injuries. I'm just very proud of how the guys stepped up as a team and got the job done when a lot of things did not go our way. I believe great teams are not defined by what happens to them but rather how they react and perform when things don't go their way and this team couldn't be a better example. Today, we faced a very underrated, hungry and gritty Coastal Georgia team that was playing for their life. Now we will get some much needed time to rest up and get ready for the NAIA national championship tournament."
