- Three straight two-out singles loaded the bases in the first but Megan Carver popped up to the second basemen to end the inning.
- For the second straight inning, the Seahawks had runners in scoring position with two-outs, when Troiana Test connected on an RBI single to left for a 1-0 advantage.
- A crucial throwing error on the shortstop allowed two more runs to cross as the margin rose to 3-0.
- Rochester scored their lone run in the sixth on a sacrifice fly to left but the Seahawks answered with two in the bottom half.
- Ally Thompson led off with a double to center and moved to third on a sacrifice bunt by Heather Mueller. Northway then scored her with an RBI bunt-single to the pitcher to lead 4-1.
- Following a pop up to third, Miller scored the final Seahawks run with a two-out RBI double to left as the Seahawks won game one, 5-1.Â

- The Seahawks cut the deficit in half with a two-out RBI single through the left-side by Ostrander, scoring Northway, who led off with a single.
- Keiser's first five batters reached via singles in the second as the Seahawks claimed their first lead of the day, 3-2. RBI's were credited to Northway and Mueller.
- In the same inning, Miller scored a run with a sacrifice fly to left and Cheyenne Blumberg capped the scoring with a double to deep center as the advantage was now 5-2.
- The Warriors got a run back in the third on a one-out double to left but the Seahawks answered with three in the bottom half.
