How it Happened
- The game went scoreless until the sixth when Ave Maria used back-to-back sacrifice flies to take a 2-0 advantage.
- In the bottom half, Troiana Test connected on a one-out single to second before scoring on a double to left by Miller as the Seahawks closed to within a run.
- Janelle Dominguez led off the seventh with a single to left and moved to second on a sacrifice bunt. However, back-to-back fly outs ended the rally as Keiser dropped game one, 2-1.

- Larissa Ostrander, Ally Thompson, Megan Carver, and Miller had two hits apiece as Keiser finished with 12 in the contest.
- Blumberg had a team-best two runs batted in.
- Paige Boyle picked up the victory after striking out five in 5.1 innings of work. Green notched her second save after throwing a perfect 1.2 innings of relief.

How it Happened
- The Gyrenes scored the opening run of the game in the third as Romig turned a throwing error on the third basemen into the first run as the Seahawks trailed 1-0.
- Just like in game one, Miller scored the first run for Keiser with an RBI single to second as the game was tied at 1-1 through three innings.
- Ave Maria reclaimed a 2-1 lead in the fourth with a sacrifice fly to left, their third of the day but Keiser answered in the bottom half with five runs.
- A sacrifice fly to center by Dominguez evened the game at two and a double to left-center by Boyle gave Keiser their first lead of the day, 3-2.
- A walk to Alexandra Lutz loaded the bases and Test drew a walk to extend the advantage to 4-2. Following a fielder's choice, Blumberg brought in a pair of runs with a single up the middle as Keiser split the doubleheader, 6-2.
