Coach's Corner
Head Coach Daniel Finn said, ""What an effort today by the boys. Everything that could have went wrong for the guys did today, from injuries, to rain, flat starts, to an abundant amount of gnats flying around during play. This was a hostile environment against an underrated team that was giving us their best punch today. For the boys to come from behind and fight for this one was great to see. Coastal played some strong doubles and really came at us early. However, the boys rebounded well and reestablished control in singles, despite having their backs against the wall. Our energy was great and that is what pushed us through when things got close. Coastal is a top 12 NAIA team, I don't care what the rankings say. In the end, I'm just proud of the boys and how they went out and took this one when they had too.  Now we can start preparing for Davenport later this week."
