Turning Point
With the game deadlocked at 3-3 early in the first half, Reinhardt went on a 4-0 run to take a 7-3 lead with just under thirteen minutes remaining in the first half.

How it Happened
  • Towner notched the opening goal of the contest at the 25:53 mark before the Eagles rattled off three consecutive goals to claim a 3-1 lead with 21:33 showing.
  • It took the Seahawks less than two minutes to tie the game as Huber and Towner found the back of the net. However, Reinhardt then tacked on four unanswered goals to reclaim the lead, 7-3, with 12:57 left in the first half.
  • Both squads then proceeded to exchange goals down the stretch, as the Seahawks and Eagles added four goals apiece, with RU taking an 11-7 lead into the break.
  • Reinhardt opened the second half with two goals before Huber and Cat Raymond each found the back of the net to close within 13-9 with 23:57 to play.
  • The Eagles then netted two of the next three goals to widen their advantage to five, 15-10, before Jordan Sullivan and Raymond rattled off goals to climb within three yet again, 15-12, at the 15:44 mark.
  • Over the next six minutes of action, both squads exchanged a pair of goals before RU tallied back-to-back goals, stretching the margin out to five, 19-14, with 7:22 remaining.
  • Keiser scored the final two goals of the contest, including a man-down goal from Micaela Rillo, but it wasn't enough, as the Seahawks fell 19-16.
