Turning Point
With the game deadlocked 8-8 in the final ten minutes of regulation, Taylor Skomp rattled off two straight goals to give the Bison a 10-8 advantage with 6:49 to play.

How it Happened
  • Huber notched the opening goal of the contest before Oklahoma Baptist fired off two consecutive goals to claim a 2-1 advantage with 14:22 remaining.
  • Christner netted back-to-back goals to reclaim a 3-2 lead but the Bison claimed the final three goals of the half to take a 5-3 advantage into the break.
  • OBU scored two of the first three goals in the new half, widening their margin to three when Christner and Huber found the back of the net to pull the Seahawks within, 7-6 at the 16:16 mark.
  • The Bison pushed the margin back out to two before Christner and Towner scored to even the contest at 8-8 with 8:23 showing.
  • Oklahoma Baptist added another goal before Christner and Towner found the back of the net, evening the game at 8-8 with 8:23 showing.
  • However, Skomp tallied two quick goals to push the Bison back in front, 10-8, with 6:49 remaining in regulation.
  • Christner scored her fifth of the game at the 2:32 mark but the Seahawks were unable to find the equalizer, dropping their first game in Colorado, 10-9.
