Coach's Corner
Head Coach Daniel Finn said, "This was a good win for the boys, and I have to tip my hat to Gustavus. They are a very resilient and gritty team that fought us all the way until the end of the afternoon. Year in and year out they are one of the better teams in NCAA Division III, and they showed just why today. We came out and jumped all over them in doubles and early on in singles, and the way they responded with adjustments and fought back, really says a lot about their program. With that said, I am proud of the way the boys played today, and the way some guys really stepped up and got the job done in some tough situations. Now we rest up and get ready for another test again tomorrow."
