Turning Point
Lindenwood-Belleville's 6-0 run midway through the first half sparked the Lynx to the three-goal victory. Keiser led 2-0 after Maria Johnson's goal with 21:24 left in the half before Lindenwood-Belleville went on a 6-0 run over a span of four minutes.


How it Happened
  • Tabetha Fike put the Seahawks on board first, scoring with 27:02 left in the opening half for her first goal of the game.
  • Johnson then doubled Keiser's lead to 2-0 with 21:24 to play in the first half, her first of two goals.
  • The Lynx ran out on a 6-0 run from 19:35-15:13 on the clock, capped off by India Cyr's hat trick during the four minute span.
  • Frankie Parshall ended the scoring drought for the Seahawks with 13:20 before the intermission, pulling the Seahawks to within three.
  • Lindenwood-Belleville went on another scoring spurt, this time netting four unanswered goals by four different players to extend the lead to 10-3 with 7:16 in the first half.
  • Keiser scored the final two goals of the half as Amanda Hartman and Johnson capitalized on their opportunities, bringing the Seahawks to within five.
  • Dakota Zdun scored the first goal of the second half for either squad, trimming the Lynx's lead to 10-6 with 27:58 to play.
  • After a Lindenwood-Belleville goal, Spahic single-handedly pulled the Seahawks to within two goals after netting three unanswered goals with her last one coming at the 10:41 mark.
  • The Lynx would not surrender the lead, scoring with 3:13 remaining in the game to seal the 12-9 victory for the home team.
