• The match was clinched in the No. 4 singles position when Coutinho bested Ugarte in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2.
• Despite the score, the match was close in many aspects, including in the No. 1 singles position as Sorg was ahead of No. 1 ranked Konfederak after claiming the first set, 7-6(4).

"Our guys competed and honestly went toe to toe with the best team in the nation and for that I'm proud of the boys and don't want them to hang their heads. We will get better from this match and continue to improve. The ceiling for this team is incredibly high."
