Keiser University men's soccer fell to No. 17 St. Thomas 3-0 in the Sun Conference Game of the Week on Wednesday afternoon. The Seahawks will look to bounce back on Saturday at home against Thomas.
 
Turning Point
The turning point this afternoon occurred in the 28th minute when St. Thomas capitalized on a rebounded shot to take a 1-0 advantage.
 
How It Happened
  • The Bobcats struck in the 28th minute when Lee Clark made the initial save but the ball fell to Konstantinos Mylonas, who volleyed it home.
  • St. Thomas doubled their lead in the 56th minute when Roni Luokkamaki headed the ball back across the box off a corner kick.
  • STU then netted the final goal in the 70th minute after Myloinas scored off a loose ball in the box following a corner kick.

  • This was a rematch of the Sun Conference tournament championship game.
  • Keiser is now 9-12-2 all-time against the Bobcats.
  • Thomas Dawson had the lone shot on goal for the Seahawks.
