Silvester Jr. Field

Arthur W. Silvester Jr. Field is home to the Keiser Seahawks baseball team and is located within the Gustave T. Broberg Jr. Athletic Complex. The Seahawks play all home games and practice at Silvester field. Since 2015, the Seahawks hold a 62-15 record while at home.

Silvester Field has undergone major renovations in recent years. In 2016, a new press box and clubhouse were added. In 2017, four new batting cages where installed behind the home dugout. The home bullpen was also in-closed with the addition of a pitchers training area. Other improvements include installation of new base paths, extended dugouts, a new field tarp, and a total rebranding of the facility with state of the art branded wind-screen.

The Bermuda natural grass surface is over-seeded each winter with Rye grass to create one of the most beautiful and natural rolling surfaces in South Florida.

Silvester Field features a stunning, branded “monster” wall in left field. The Atlantic Ocean breeze usually blows from right field foul pole to left field foul pole, acting as a natural air conditioner throughout the beautiful South Florida spring.
