Countess de Hoernle Student Life Center
The Countess de Hoernle Student Life Center is the heart of Keiser athletics. Within the facility is the Athletic Department Office, Massimino Court, the athletic trainer’s room, the weight room and fitness center, as well as the golf simulator room. The Countess de Hoernle Student Life Center opened up in 2006.
Athletic Department Office
The Keiser Athletic Department is located within the Countess de Hoernle Student Life Center and contains coaches’ offices for 12 of the 26 varsity sports and administration, which include, the Assistant Athletic Director, Compliance, and Sports Information.
Trainer’s Room
Keiser Sports Medicine has seven full-time certified athletic trainers, a team orthopedic surgeon, and student support staff. The athletic trainers have a variety of clinical experiences and certifications, and they are committed to staying current with research. The Sports Medicine Staff is dedicated to providing a comprehensive approach to healthcare and injury prevention by utilizing the latest in evidence-based medicine. The athletic training clinics on campus feature a variety of treatment modalities, rehabilitation equipment, and recovery systems.
Massimino Court
Massimino Court is home to the men and women’s basketball teams, as well as the volleyball and wrestling teams. Men’s Basketball played the first home game on November 11, 2006 against Villanova University. The women's team debuted a month later, taking a 117-32 win over Clearwater Christian College. Massimino Court has a capacity of 1,600 people, setting up a key home court advantage for the Seahawks.
Wrestling Room
The Keiser Wrestling room houses the practices for the wrestling program for the Seahawks. The wrestling team uses Massimino Court as the home sight for their duals.
Indoor Golf On-Campus Practice Area:
In the summer of 2015, the Keiser University Flagship on-campus practice facility was unveiled. It has become one of the pre-eminent practice facilities in all of college golf. Some of the ammenities offered at the indoor facility include; 3 hitting bays, a Trackman system, V1 Video monitoring, Foresight Launch Monitors, a Taylormade M.A.T.T. System, a full swing Golf simulator, a Swinguru 3D Motion and Balance System, a TOMI putting system, and a full golf equipment repair room.
