Dale placed first overall in both the shot put and the hammer throw
Her hammer throw mark (49.48m) is a Keiser program record
She is the first Seahawk to win conference championship titles in two different events at the same meet since Mariah Johnson in 2015
This is the first career weekly award for Dale
