Took a WIU kickoff 75 yards to house to give the Seahawks the lead with 11:17 left in the half
The kick return for a touchdown was Vangates' first of his Keiser career and the first non-offensive touchdown by the Seahawks this season
Despite every effort by WIU to kick away from the KU wideout, Vagantes was able to run up on the kick to register the score
Vangates was also responsible for the "go-ahead" touchdown in the third with a 71-yard TD reception to give the Seahawks a 27-20 lead with nine seconds left in the quarter
On the day, he has two kick returns for 105 yards and produced 176 all-purpose yards in the contest
Vangates is second in the conference and tied for No. 9 in the nation in average yards per return (29.8)
